CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:
1. When you place an order through the website you are using in electronic form, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
3. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified qualities in the order, and, if available, with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
6. In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. Within 14 days, the total amount must be refunded to the Buyer.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
1. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD:
1. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment is used unauthorizedly by unauthorized persons and if the sold product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
1. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee, and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, the fee is paid to him in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
1. The buyer will examine the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; Damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and sound. The BUYER must carefully protect the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product/service should not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the distance or off-premises contracts within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to himself or the person/organization at the address he/she specified to the SELLER, without undertaking any legal or penal responsibility and without showing any reason.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. If the product is purchased, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period.
2. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
3. For the right of withdrawal to be used, it is a condition that a written notification is sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and that the product is not used within the scope of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions specified in this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The invoice of the product delivered to the third person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return with the return invoice issued by the institution. Return of orders made on behalf of companies without an issued RETURN INVOICE cannot be completed.)
2. Return form, The box of the products to be returned, its packaging, and, if any, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
   
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within the maximum period of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches him.
2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason

 caused by the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the product, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
3. If the campaign limit amount arranged by the SELLER due to the use of the right of withdrawal falls below, the amount of the discount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
1. Goods/services prepared according to the consumer's requests or explicitly for his personal needs and which are not suitable to be returned, underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date may pass after being delivered to the consumer, products that are unsuitable for return in terms of health and hygiene when the packaging is opened by the consumer after delivery, products that cannot be separated due to their nature after being mixed with other products after delivery, Except for those provided under the subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services that are instantly performed in electronic environment or non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly, as well as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, The return of open packaging by the BUYER is not possible in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, the use of the right of withdrawal for services started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period is not possible according to the Regulation.
2. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuit, bikini, book, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused to be returned.

DEFAULT SITUATION AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
1. In the event that the BUYER defaults on the payment transactions made with a credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and himself and will be responsible to the bank.
In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; It may demand the expenses and attorney's fees incurred from the BUYER and, in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the BUYER's default on the debt.
