Return & Exchange:

For return procedures, Aras Cargo can be used.

Returns sent via Aras Cargo, and those sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. After the product reaches the company, the inspection and return process takes approximately 2 business days. Once the return is approved, the payment will be made to the buyer on the same day. According to your bank's regulations, it may take up to 3 business days for your payment to be credited to your account. (These timeframes are maximum estimates. Usually, the return process is completed on the day the product reaches us.)

When an exchange is requested, the process proceeds in the same way as the return process. The product to be exchanged is returned, and then a new order is created.
