In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation, we, as Mine Akkuş, have the obligation to inform you as the data controller. With this text, it is aimed to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as the data subject.

In cases clearly foreseen in the legislation where your data may be processed and transferred for you to benefit from products, services, and opportunities, and for the purpose of conducting all kinds of product, service promotion, advertising, communication, promotion, sales, marketing, store card, credit card, and user/membership/customer transactions; in cases where the processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment or performance of any contract directly related to you, in cases where legal obligations need to be fulfilled, and also in cases where data processing and transfer are mandatory/necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of rights, provided that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms, your personal data such as name, surname, nickname, age/date of birth, gender, region of residence, address and delivery address, mobile/home/work phone numbers, email addresses, etc., are collected through all kinds of automatic/non-automatic methods (from the information you provide verbally/written to the Company and the mentioned organizations, from transactions of members/users/customers in (physical and virtual/digital) environments, including visits to websites and content reviews, membership and transaction information on sites owned by social media and online advertising network operators, payment-collection-delivery-complaint-campaign-survey transactions related to member/customer transactions and purchases, and their legal financial documents and other records, as well as written, verbal, visual, and technical data obtained from the use of internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications in various environments and places). These data will be processed, recorded, stored, made available, used, updated when necessary, and may be transferred between the mentioned persons/organizations domestically and internationally for the duration foreseen in accordance with the nature of the information.

You have the right to apply to the data controller in accordance with the conditions specified in the legislation for information on how your personal data is collected, the legal basis and purpose of processing, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, whether personal data is processed, information on processed data, whether it is used for its intended purpose, whether it is transferred domestically and internationally, the right to learn third parties, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request deletion or destruction in accordance with the legal conditions and methods, and to request notification of this situation to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by objecting to the processing of personal data by automatic systems, and if you suffer damage due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law, you have the right to demand the remedy of the damage. In all these matters, you can apply to the Company's data controller specified below, and a response will be provided to you in accordance with the legislation in a written or electronic form.
